in key areas of Human Resources functions: HR Management and People Care, Training,Counselling,Leadership, Self Empowerment, Conscious Communication and Teamwork.
My background is in humanities and began my professional journey at Olivetti. Subsequently, I transitioned into consultancy work, specialising in Training, Systemic Counselling, and the study of Complexity Theory.
Since 1995, I have had the privilege of working with numerous organisations and individuals in the pursuit of empowerment, responsibility, and an understanding of their own worth and personal narratives.
